退換貨政策
1. 退貨申請流程
- 請聯繫 FULI 客戶服務團隊以提出退貨申請。申請時請提供您的訂單詳細資訊，包括訂單編號，並附上顯示您欲退貨商品狀況的照片或文件。
- 在您的退貨申請獲得批准後，請依照我們客服團隊的指示包裝包裹。
- 請務必保留您的寄件證明。我們在收到您的退貨包裹後，將盡快為您處理退款。
- 從我們收到您的退貨商品起，整個退款流程可能需要長達 4 週的時間。
- 請注意，在我們收到約定退回的商品前，將不會處理任何退款或補償。
2. 退貨與退款條件
- 我們接受在您收到商品後的 7 天內提出的換貨／退貨申請。
- 此政策僅適用於透過我們官方線上商店購買的商品。
- 商品及其包裝、配件和標籤必須保持其原始、完整且未損壞的狀態。否則，本公司保留拒絕任何換貨／退貨申請的權利。
3. 如何啟動退貨流程

- 提供訂購人姓名、訂購月份、問題描述、原因以及相關照片，以便我們的客服人員提供初步協助。
- 如果客服人員的建議未能解決問題，請將有問題的商品連同所有配件妥善包裝，以掛號方式寄回給我們的團隊進行檢測（退貨運費由顧客自行承擔）。
- 我們的工作團隊將在收到商品後的 7 個工作日內通知您檢測結果。如果確認商品損壞是因製造瑕疵所致，且未違反上述保固條款，我們將為您寄送一件新商品，且不收取額外費用。
4. 退貨運費
本公司僅在退貨原因是因我方疏失所導致的情況下，才會承擔退貨的運費。
5. 商品保固
- 因製造瑕疵導致的商品損壞，自購買日起享有一年保固。
- 保固條款需遵循授權經銷商所設定的條件。
- 若顧客未註冊保固，且無法提供購買證明（如發票），本公司保留拒絕任何保固理賠或商品更換的權利。
6. 其他重要事項
- 若本公司在收到並檢查退回的商品後，發現商品並無瑕疵，我們保留拒絕換貨／退貨的權利，並會將原商品寄還給顧客。
- 本公司保留隨時更改或修改換貨／退貨及退款條款的權利，恕不另行通知。
- 所有換貨或退貨的批准，都必須在任何情況下先通過本公司的檢測程序。
Return Policy
1. Return Request Procedure
- Please contact the FULI Customer Service team to initiate a return request. When doing so, please provide your order details, including the order number, and attach photos or documents showing the condition of the item you wish to return.
- After your return request is approved, please pack the parcel according to the instructions provided by our customer service team.
- Please be sure to keep your proof of shipment. Once we receive your returned parcel, we will process your refund as quickly as possible.
- The entire refund process may take up to 4 weeks from the date we receive your returned item.
- Please note that no refund or compensation will be processed until we have received the returned item as agreed.
2. Return and Refund Conditions
- We accept requests for exchanges or returns within 7 days of you receiving the item.
- This policy applies only to items purchased from our official online store.
- The item, its packaging, accessories, and tags must be in their original, complete, and undamaged condition. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange.
3. How to Initiate a Return

- Provide the purchaser's name, the month of purchase, a description of the issue, the reason for the return, and relevant photos so our staff can provide initial assistance.
- If the issue cannot be resolved with our staff's guidance, please pack the defective item with all its accessories appropriately and send it back to our team for inspection via registered mail (the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs).
- Our team will inform you of the inspection results within 7 working days of receiving the item. If it is confirmed that the damage is due to a manufacturing defect and does not violate the warranty conditions mentioned above, we will send you a new item at no additional charge.
4. Return Shipping Costs
The company will only be responsible for the return shipping costs if the return is a direct result of an error on our part.
5. Product Warranty
- Products damaged due to manufacturing defects are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
- Warranty terms are subject to the conditions set by the authorized distributor.
- If the warranty has not been registered and no proof of purchase (e.g., a receipt) can be provided, we reserve the right to reject any warranty claim or product exchange.
6. Important Notes
- In the event that we receive and inspect a returned item and find no defects, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange or return and will ship the original item back to the customer.
- The company reserves the right to change or amend the terms and conditions for exchanges, returns, and refunds without prior notice.
- In all cases, the approval for any exchange or return is subject to a prior inspection and verification process by our company.
