16. 損失風險

由 FULI 選擇的承運商在運送過程中發生的任何損失或損壞，由 FULI 負責。但是，如果損失或損壞發生在由客戶選擇的承運商運送過程中，則由客戶負責。
17. 退貨、換貨、退款與所有權

取消政策： 買家必須在下單後 24 小時內聯繫我們申請取消訂單。若未在 24 小時內提出取消請求，公司保留不取消訂單、不退款（若已付款）或不更改訂單的權利。

1. Terms of Service Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute an agreement for the use of services from the FULI フリ website ("the Website") and are between FULI フリ ("FULI", "we", "us") and the buyer who has purchased products on the Website. Any transactions made through the Website are governed by applicable laws and the terms specified herein.

Any legal proceedings arising from the services between FULI and its members shall be submitted to the court of competent jurisdiction where FULI's office is located.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of FULI or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of FULI and is protected by applicable and international copyright laws.
5. Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your visit to the FULI Website, to understand our practices.
6. Site Policies, Modification, and Severability

Please review our other policies, such as our pricing policy, posted on this site. These policies also govern your visit to the FULI Website. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms of Service at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
7. License and Site Access

FULI grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of FULI. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of FULI. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of FULI without express written consent. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by FULI.

You are granted a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive right to create a hyperlink to the home page of FULI so long as the link does not portray FULI, or its products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. You may not use any FULI logo or other proprietary graphic as part of the link without express written permission.
8. Your Account

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. FULI does not sell products to children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under 18, you may use the FULI Website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. FULI reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
9. Electronic Communications

When you visit the FULI Website or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
10. Member Management

FULI may take any or all of the following measures against members who violate these terms and conditions, applicable laws and regulations, or general commercial practices:

  • Revoke all or part of the benefits provided by FULI.
  • Restrict the use of certain services.
  • Terminate the usage agreement.
  • Claim for damages.

FULI will notify the relevant member of the measures to be taken via phone or email. However, if the member cannot be contacted or in cases of urgency, FULI may take measures first and notify the member afterward. A member may object to the measures taken by FULI if they do not agree with them.
11. Termination of the User Agreement

Termination by Member:
A member may terminate the user agreement at any time by providing at least seven days' prior notice to FULI, after confirming that all pending transactions have been completed. The member is responsible for any consequences arising from termination within the specified period. Upon termination, FULI may withdraw all benefits granted to the member.

Termination by FULI:
FULI may terminate the user agreement in the following cases:

Infringement or damage to the rights, reputation, credit, or other interests of FULI or other members, or violation of applicable laws.

Obstruction of the smooth processing of services by FULI.

Circumstances where FULI deems it necessary to refuse service.

If FULI terminates the agreement, it will notify the member via email, phone, or other means. The agreement is terminated at the time FULI communicates its intent to terminate. Transactions made prior to termination shall be governed by these terms. Upon termination, FULI may withdraw all benefits granted to the member and may refuse to approve a new membership application from the said member.
12. Product Descriptions

FULI attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, FULI does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by FULI itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
13. Pricing

Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the retail price suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. The List Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area.

With respect to items sold by FULI, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. This policy applies only to products sold and shipped by FULI.
14. Promotions and Free Gifts

FULI may hold promotional events. In the case that a limited-quantity free gift has run out, FULI reserves the right to substitute it with another available gift from the warehouse without prior notice.
15. Shipping
  • The delivery period is calculated from the date of payment confirmation.
  • Public holidays, weekends, and other non-delivery days due to force majeure are not included in the delivery period.
  • If an order is cancelled for a refund after the goods have been dispatched, FULI will process the refund only after the product has been successfully returned to the warehouse. The refund will be processed within 7 working days of the successful return. FULI reserves the right not to process any refund until the product is successfully returned to the warehouse.
  • Incorrect Address:
    You are responsible for checking the shipping address information when placing an order. You can contact us if your goods have not been delivered. While we make every effort to ensure your shipping information is updated, we do not guarantee this update is always accurate depending on the situation. Once your goods have been shipped, changes cannot be made.
    In the case of an incomplete or incorrect address, the parcel will be returned to the warehouse, which may take up to 30 days. Only after the parcel is returned to us will we consider reshipment (for which you may be charged an additional shipping fee) or a refund for this error (less shipping costs).
    If the address provided is incorrect and the parcel is received by someone and not returned, FULI will not be held responsible.

16. Risk of Loss

Any loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by FULI is the responsibility of FULI. However, if the loss or damage occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by the customer, it is the customer's responsibility.
17. Returns, Exchanges, Refunds, and Title

Cancellation Policy: An order can be cancelled only if the buyer contacts us to request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. As long as no cancellation request has been made within 24 hours, the company reserves the right not to cancel the order, refund (if payment has been made), or change the order.

Return/Exchange Process: Buyers seeking approval from FULI for a return or exchange must submit clear evidence of the defective product. The cost of return shipping will depend on the reason for the return (e.g., customer change of mind).

Title: FULI does not take title to a returned item until the item arrives at our office. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, FULI does not take title to the returned item.
